Orders with Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Cancellation by ViroxaNest: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified where possible, and eligible prepaid orders will be refunded.
